How It Works
Step 1
Sign up online by creating your free Regal Freight account. Then, check your email for an account activation link. Then select Activate Account Log in to your account and view the details which include your new US shipping address.
Step 2
Shop from your favourite online stores or give family and friends your US shipping address to get your packages to you. Get your packages quicker by creating a Pre-Alert to fast-track package processing.
Step 3
Your packages will be received by our US warehouse then placed on the next available flight to Jamaica. On arrival in Jamaica, Regal Freight will present your packages to Customs for clearance. Please ensure that you upload the invoice for your package to your dashboard in order to have a hassle-free clearance.
Step 4
Once your packages are successfully cleared, you’ll receive a notification that they’re ready for pickup. You may then pick up your packages in office or request a delivery online to have your packages brought right to your door.
